This is because it lessens the acidic toxins in our bodies from smoking, alcohol drinking and taking too much acidic foods.

Drinking alkaline water gives a lot of health benefits such as increased energy, weight loss, body detoxification, increased absorption and utilization of the cells, softer skin and healthier bones and teeth. These days, people get sick, tired, fat and old easily. Thus, people buy diet pills, exercise videos and equipments to lose those extra pounds.
